Mid-Lent Potluck Luncheon and Program

On Sunday, March 10, we will hold our annual Mid-Lenten (Michink) potluck luncheon.  As in previous years, this is a vegan meal which means there is to be no meat, fish, dairy, or any food that contains animal product.  Following are some ideas of things to bring:  Lentil and bean dishes, hummus/pita, salads, jellos, tabouleh, eetch, fruits and vegetables, eggplant dishes, falafel, tofu, meatless sarma, rice and bulgar dishes, eggless desserts.
