Supreme Spiritual Council Meeting was Convened in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

On March 07, under the presidency of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; a Supreme Spiritual Council meeting was convened in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

The meeting opened with the Lord’s Prayer, following which, the Pontiff of All Armenians conveyed His Blessings and best wishes to the clergy and secular members of the Supreme Spiritual Council. With special gratitude, His Holiness emphasized the participation of the Armenian Patriarch of Constantinople in the SSC. The Armenian Patriarch also congratulated Rev. Fr. Archimandrite Gregory Khachatryan on the occasion of being appointed as the Primate of the Armenian Diocese of France, wishing him a productive mission.

The agenda of the meeting includes national, Church-administrative, legal, canonical issues, as well as issues related to the productive mission of the Church.
