
St. John Armenian Church is excited to announce our next Cooking Class with Justin Aprahamian, owner and chef of Sanford Restaurant and winner of the James Beard Award. The class will feature preparation of the Armenian delicacy, Manti (crisp lamb dumplings with spiced yogurt and parsley chicken broth). The demonstration will be followed with gourmet tasting and Q & A’s.
